Building a strong foundation for London's future.

We specialise in all forms of Piling and are able to provide a full design and build service for Bearing Piles, Sub-structure Foundation Works and Embedded Retaining Walls.

CFA Piling

Continuous Flight Auger or CFA piling is a method of constructing piles through the use of long continuous augers. Each auger is withdrawn to a depth that is required for the pile design and then concrete is pumped through it to create the column of concrete and the reinforcing cage placed into the wet concrete/grout to complete the pile.

Rotary Bored Piling

The rotary bored pile technique is an alternative to the CFA method. The rig drills down to the desired depth of pile and adds drill rods and casing as work progresses. The drilled bore is then filled with concrete or grout to complete the pile and the reinforcement cage placed into the wet concrete to provide the required load capacity.

Mini Piling

The mini piling system has become a popular option for the construction of structures due to the fact that they can be inserted into restricted access areas and in low headroom situations. They are also a cost effective solution for built up areas and can produce very secure foundations.

We are able to offer a range of mini pile rigs that can provide the correct machine for your project and budget at hand, this will enable us to give you the most competitive quote that fits your project requirements.

Our Limited Access Piling Rigs are able to penetrate through a standard doorway and work within restricted access spaces and are particularly suited for working inside domestic properties and in low headroom or tight areas. They are also useful in building up areas where noise and vibration would be a problem with soil excavation and removal.

Beam Formwork

Having the proper formwork for your ground beam is a crucial part of your construction project, as it will ensure that you create a strong and stable foundation for your structure. We can supply and install the required formwork for your project, as well as the rebar, mesh, cages and other accessories you will need to complete your job successfully.

Reinforced Concrete Slabs

Depending on the type of structure and its location, a reinforced concrete slab may be required to protect the structure from impact damage. This can be achieved by placing the concrete slab directly on top of the underlying ground or through a layer of reinforced concrete that is poured along the top of the foundations.

If you’re in London and need a good quality concrete slab to protect your property, contact us for more information about the options available to you!

Our reinforced concrete slabs are constructed with a combination of steel bars and welded wire reinforcing to increase their strength. They can be poured directly onto the underlying ground or through a layer poured along the top of the foundations, giving you an effective and affordable solution for your concrete needs.
